Ingredients
  

  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves minced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cups chicken broth plus more as needed
  • ½ tsp ground black pepper
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ lb about 225g spaghetti
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¾ cup heavy cream
  • tbsp dried parsley

Method
 

  1. Sauté Garlic: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium. Add garlic and cook for 1–2 mins until fragrant.
  2. Add Butter: Stir in butter until melted.
  3. Cook Pasta: Pour in chicken broth, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil. Add spaghetti and simmer for ~12 mins, stirring occasionally. Add more broth if needed.
  4. Make It Creamy: Lower heat. Stir in Parmesan, heavy cream, and parsley. Mix until creamy and combined.
  5. Serve Hot: Garnish with more cheese or parsley if desired. Enjoy immediately!
